Empowering Rural Education: A Transformative Approach Through Action Research, Innovative Pedagogy, And Technology Integration for Student Engagement and Achievement

This research article explores the implementation of action research as a transformative approach to enhance innovative teaching strategies in rural government schools. Recognizing the unique challenges faced in these contexts, the study investigates the integration of technology and community involvement to foster student engagement and improve learning outcomes. Utilizing a mixed-methods research design, data were collected through surveys, interviews, and classroom observations involving faculty and students. The findings reveal significant improvements in student participation and academic performance following the adoption of innovative practices, such as project-based learning and collaborative teaching methods. This study highlights the critical role of action research in facilitating continuous improvement in educational practices and offers actionable recommendations for educators and policymakers aimed at enriching the learning experience in rural settings.
