Photoinduced Deacylative Phosphorylation of Unstrained Ketones

The photoinduced deacylative transformation of ketones represents a powerful strategy for forming chemical bonds and developing innovative reactions. However, its potential application in deacylative phosphorylation remains unexplored. Herein, we report a metal-free, light-driven deacylative phosphorylation of unstrained ketones with diarylchlorophosphines, enabling the efficient synthesis of a wide variety of symmetrical and unsymmetrical tertiary phosphines. This method features mild conditions, operational simplicity, and broad substrate scope.
