oct-geometry: Fan-shaped coordinate transformation for wide-field OCT geometry correction

This software provides a fan-shaped (sector-based) coordinate transformation for geometric correction of wide-field swept-source optical coherence tomography (OCT) images. The implementation accompanies a study on OCT geometry correction validated against orbital magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).
