Some Considerations on Ensuring Intellectual Property Rights in Uzbekistan

The article presents proposals related to ensuring and protecting intellectual property rights, including the restoration of violated rights, a product of creative thinking that is of great importance today. The need to ensure the protection of intellectual property rights in Uzbekistan, its legal mechanisms, issues in the practical application of the norms of "international treaties," the focus on protecting the results of intellectual activity, and the importance of the TRIPS agreement will be discussed.
