Design and implementation of human resource management system based on big data

Against the backdrop of rapid development of information technology, big data technology has brought about transformative opportunities for human resource management. The traditional human resource management model is difficult to meet the needs of refined and scientific management in enterprises, and a human resource system based on big data has become the solution. The aim of this study is to design and implement such a system, which integrates and analyzes internal and external human resource data to provide efficient and accurate management solutions for enterprises. The system adopts a layered architecture, covering rich functional modules such as employee information, recruitment, and training. MySQL, HDFS, and MongoDB are used for data storage, and a human resource turnover prediction model is constructed. In terms of technical implementation, with the help of Java, Spring Boot, Vue.js and other technologies and tools, various techniques such as data collection and analysis are used to implement models for personnel ability and salary evaluation. After testing and verification, the system has good functionality, performance, and security, and the application effect is significant. However, there are shortcomings in data processing, model construction, and system performance in the research. In the future, in-depth research can be conducted on expanding data sources, improving model interpretability, enhancing system compatibility and scalability, and promoting the intelligent and refined development of human resource management.
