On the Foundational Role of the Core Spirit of Chinese Civilization in the Religious Governance Involving Tibet—Also on the Theoretical Paradigm Reconstruction of the Anti-Secession Struggle

This study focuses on the dimension of civilizational identity in frontier governance and systematically demonstrates the foundational and dominant role of the 'core spirit of Chinese civilization' within the governance system involving Tibetan religion. For a long time, governance in relevant fields has often focused on social policy levels, while the exploration of its deep cultural genes and spiritual sovereignty dimension still needs to be further developed. By sorting out the subjectivity characteristics of Chinese civilization, this paper proposes a theoretical framework starting from the 'underlying logic,' aiming to reconstruct the academic paradigm of anti-secession struggle. The core research logic is as follows:Civilizational subjectivity tracing: Analyze the endogenous driving force of the core spirit of Chinese civilization in constructing a multi-ethnic community.Governance paradigm comparison: Compare traditional governance models with a new governance logic driven by 'civilizational identity.'Construction of logical chains: Demonstrate how the legalization of separatism can be fundamentally dissolved through spiritual dimension assimilation and identity.This study not only provides a new theoretical interpretive perspective for governance of Tibetan religion but also proposes forward-looking academic conclusions in terms of safeguarding national ideological security and spiritual sovereignty.
