Safe storage and access control method of real estate registration information based on blockchain technology

The security of real estate registration information is very important, but the traditional centralized system has some problems, such as data tampering, privacy leakage and cross-departmental coordination difficulties. Blockchain technology provides an innovative path to improve the security and efficiency of registration with its characteristics of decentralization, tamperability and intelligent contract. In this paper, a hybrid architecture based on blockchain is proposed, which combines IPFS to realize data verifiability and low-cost storage, and a field-level dynamic access control engine based on smart contract is developed to support refined authority management and compliance audit. In addition, this paper also proposes an anti-quantum encryption scheme that combines lattice-based encryption and Merkel proof to ensure the long-term security of the system. The experimental results show that this method is superior to the traditional centralized database and full-chain storage scheme in key performance indexes such as storage cost, write delay, query throughput and tamper detection success rate, and realizes efficient, safe and extensible real estate registration information management.
