Biological and bio-rational tools, biologized algorithms in orchard and vineyard protection technologies to enhance the phytosanitary sustainability of agrocenoses considering biocenotic changes

Abstract. The research is aimed at developing the ecological and technological foundations of adaptively integrated protection of orchards and vineyards from pests and diseases to increase the phytosanitary stability of perennial agrocenoses. As a result of research aimed at the ecological justification of improving tactics and increasing the effectiveness of systems for the protection of perennial crops, new knowledge was gained including the patterns of formation of lepidopteran pest complexes of apple trees and vineyards in transforming environmental conditions; the patterns of formation of microbiocomplexes of apple tree agrocenoses in transforming environmental conditions; the adaptationogenesis of the European grape moth in ampelocenoses; the morphological and cultural diversity of pathogens of rot in the core of apple fruits; for the first time in Russian horticulture, the morphological-the cultural diversity of one of the pathogens of the apple tree disease – flyspeck Schizothyrium sp.; the regularities of the formation of a complex of systemic infections in ampelocenoses and improved methodological approaches to its identification. New knowledge has been gained about the morphotypic diversity of Marssonina coronaria (Ellis & Davis) Davis, the causative agent of apple marssoniosis, a new crop disease in the region. In order to expand the range of effective tools for improving the phytosanitary stability of perennial agrocenoses that meet the requirements of modern adaptive agriculture, field and laboratory screening of plant protection products was carried out, experimental data were obtained to assess the antimycotic activity of microbiological, modern chemical fungicides in suppressing apple mycopathogens; experimental data on the assessment of the biological effectiveness of biological and bio-rational means in the control of pests and diseases of perennial crops; an algorithm has been developed to increase the phytosanitary stability of entomosystems of apple agrocenoses based on the technology of controlling codling moth with promising biologized methods according to effectiveness criteria.
