The study of forming an effective information educational environment in the context of the development of didactics of higher military education and artificial intelligence allows us to substantiate particular patterns reflected in the content of the article. The value-semantic patterns determine the features of the development of the military training process under the influence of digitalization factors that distinguish it from training in civilian universities. The identification of these patterns in military didactics reveals new prospects for studying the issue of forming an effective information educational environment to solve the problems facing military universities due to the digital transformation of education and the need to preserve spiritual and moral values of the Russian officers. Such prospects, in particular, are associated with the inclusion of fundamentally new didactic tools in the educational environment of military universities, combined, for example, in an electronic information educational environment of a developed at the Air Force Academy container-modular type. The research results show that it is advisable to include a video lecture module in the developed environment, as the module is based on the advantages provided by artificial intelligence. This is a very important and promising area for the development of military training didactics in the era of digital transformation of education, it makes possible to integrate the latest scientific achievements into the cadet training process and at the same time ensure the purposeful formation of value-semantic dominants of future officers in development of the professional mentality of military personnel. It is important to take into account that the development of the video lecture module and its inclusion in the electronic information and educational environment require significant financial costs associated with its technical software, as well as the training of teachers for the development and use of video lectures in cadets training. However, the opportunities offered by the use of fundamentally new didactic tools based on the advantages of artificial intelligence can offset the costs incurred and significantly improve the effectiveness of military training.
