RNA seq pediatric cell line SLFn11 activated

This dataset contains RNA-seq expression matrices and sample metadata from pediatric cancer models investigating the role of SLFN11 in cisplatin sensitivity. Libraries were prepared using the QuantSeq 3’ mRNA-Seq kit (Illumina, 75 bp single-end) with an average depth of ~10.4M reads and 74% alignment rate. Reads were aligned to the human genome (GRCh38) with STAR (v2.6.1d), and raw counts were generated using HTSeq-count (v0.9.1). The dataset includes: (i) a raw counts expression matrix, (ii) a normalized matrix processed with EDASeq and quantile normalization, and (iii) metadata describing cell line identity, SLFN11 activation status, replicate number, and cisplatin treatment.
