The Central TORC Theorem: Measurable Inference Advantage from Indefinite Causal Order on Toroidal Systems

We prove the Central TORC Theorem: a system operating on a causal torus with a non-trivial twisted bundle and subcritical Kuramoto coupling achieves a measurable inference advantage over any system with definite causal order. The advantage is quantified by the law Delta_eff(K) = Delta_ICO * (1 - r(K)). The proof combines five lemmas (torus cohomology, winding obstruction, Kuramoto critical coupling, GYNI classical bound, and process matrix certification). All components verified numerically.
