Abstract

3D images of histological samples, labeled against cell nuclei, obtained with light-sheet fluorescence microscopy. Together with the raw data, also manual annotations (coordinates of nuclei centroids) are reported. These data have been created within the EU-funded project 3DPATH (grant agreement n. 101213930).
