A digital framework for monitoring the effectiveness of higher education programs

The paper presents a digital framework for monitoring the performance indicators of educational programs. The impact of modern digital technologies on education quality management is examined. The current state of student performance monitoring tools is analyzed. Existing approaches to developing integrated performance assessments are examined. Key criteria influencing the successful completion of educational programs are identified. It is established that the most important factor is the consideration of behavioral data and historical characteristics of students. A methodology for calculating integrated performance assessments based on a multi-indicator approach is developed. A system of data analysis levels is created, allowing for the consideration of educational processes at various scales. A graphical interface for data visualization is presented, facilitating the interpretation of monitoring results. The advantages of the proposed methodology for the prompt identification of at-risk students and the implementation of effective preventive measures are substantiated.
