Quality control and traceability of fresh food supply chain based on blockchain

The supply chain management of fresh agricultural products is a new direction for the development of fresh agricultural products in recent years, and it is an effective means to solve the problem of multiple links in the fresh supply chain, long chains, large losses, difficult quality control, information asymmetry, multi-party trust, and complex data sources. Based on this, this paper first analyzes the pain points of the industry in the whole supply chain of fresh food and condenses the requirements, and then proposes a solution based on blockchain, from three aspects: quality control and traceability model construction, storage mechanism, and smart contract design. After drawing up the design plan, we designed the quality control and traceability of the whole supply chain of fresh food based on quorum , and finally carried out the system test. The test results show that the scheme and system proposed in this paper realize multi-party data sharing, credible transactions, safe and reliable data storage and efficient storage in the fresh food supply chain, and can realize intelligent quality control and efficient traceability of the fresh food supply chain.
