This paper is No. 19 in the series The Classic of Mountains and Seas: A New Paradigm of Theocratic Spatial Cognition. In a previous work of this series, the author completed the precise localization of seven of the twelve mountain systems of The Central Mountains Classic, categorizing them into four major geographical units: the northwestern Min Mountains‑Qionglai Mountains system (the Ninth Sequence of the Central Mountains), the northern Longmen Mountains system (the First and Fifth Sequences of the Central Mountains), the eastern Longquan Mountains system (the Sixth and Seventh Sequences of the Central Mountains), and the core hilly system of the Chengdu Plain (the Tenth, Eleventh, and Twelfth Sequences of the Central Mountains). That work explicitly stated that the remaining five systems—the First, Second, Third, Fourth, and Eighth Sequences—are also located in the Chengdu Plain and its surrounding areas but were not detailed due to space constraints. Following the same methodology and employing the “threefold empirical evidence” (short li calibration, river system flow, and product characteristics) as core tools, this paper systematically locates and verifies each of these five remaining mountain systems, integrating archaeological findings. The research shows that the First and Second Sequences lie in the northern hilly belt of the Chengdu Plain, corresponding to the transitional zone between the southern Longmen Mountains and the plain. The Third and Fourth Sequences lie in the eastern hilly belt of the plain and the western margin of the central Sichuan hills, corresponding to the southern section of the Longquan Mountains and its extensions. The Eighth Sequence lies on the western edge of the Chengdu Plain, corresponding to the foothills of the Qionglai Mountains and the shallow hills of Chongzhou‑Dujiangyan. With this completion, all twelve mountain systems of The Central Mountains Classic have been empirically located, forming a complete spatial framework centered on the Chengdu Plain, extending north to the southern foothills of the Longmen Mountains, south to the western margin of the central Sichuan hills, west to the foothills of the Qionglai Mountains, and east to the southern section of the Longquan Mountains. This further solidifies the conclusion that The Central Mountains Classic is a textual record of the secular core region of ancient theocratic civilization. The general outline of this series and all 25 empirical studies have been published concurrently.
