SELF-SUPERVISED LEARNING FOR SINGLE CELL LARGE SCALE NEUROIMAGING

This dataset contains high-resolution microscopy images of Purkinje and granular cells from the chicken cerebellum, acquired using ChroMS microscopy and Brainbow-based cytoplasmic Magic Markers. It includes 400 individual cell patches for classification and 44 full-field images with binary masks for Purkinje cell segmentation. The dataset is organized for reproducible training and evaluation of machine learning models for cell classification and segmentation.
