TEAM DEFENSE TEACHING METHODS IN VOLLEYBALL

Methods of Teaching Team Defense in Volleyball. The article discusses methods for studying team defense systems in volleyball and their effectiveness. Mastering defense tactics is critical to success in volleyball. The article analyzes the basic elements of defense, such as blocking, blocking techniques (undermining techniques), and proper positioning on the field. The study showed that players who had undergone special defensive training were more successful in blocking opponents' attacks. To improve players' defensive skills, defensive schemes such as "6-0", "5-1" and "4-2" were considered and their effectiveness was assessed. As a result, it was proven that special training and tactical exercises improve a team's defensive capabilities. Developing effective defensive tactics in volleyball can help a team achieve victory. The results of the study suggest that defensive systems should be actively included in the training process.
