Ratio of charged- to neutral-<mml:math xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"><mml:mi>B</mml:mi></mml:math>-meson production at<mml:math xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" display="inline"><mml:mi>ϒ</mml:mi><mml:mo>(</mml:mo><mml:mn>10</mml:mn><mml:mn/><mml:mi/><mml:mn>5</mml:mn><mml:mn>8</mml:mn><mml:mn>0</mml:mn><mml:mo>)</mml:mo></mml:math>

The branching ratio of $\ensuremath{\Upsilon}(10580)$ decays to ${B}^{+}{B}^{\ensuremath{-}}$ and ${B}^{0}{\overline{B}}^{0}$ is sensitive to electromagnetic corrections and to the ${B}^{0}$ and ${B}^{+}$ masses. We report values for this ratio calculated with the Cornell model as a function of energy in the $\ensuremath{\Upsilon}(10580)$ resonance region for various possible values of ${m}_{{B}^{0}}$ and ${m}_{{B}^{+}}$.
